I found Aero the last few night UNDER his wheel. Going back and forth like he was running but just not in the wheel. He just looked at me like "MOM this is normal! Leave me alone!"

I have noticed since forever Rosa has been taking some of his kibble bits and putting them in his litter box. I heard him tonight in his litter box and he was eating kibble in his box! Maybe he was multitasking! LOL

Needler tonight was hilarious! I walked into the room to check up on bowls and give treats and Needler was already out and about. When I flicked the light on he was like a deer in headlights and couldnt find the opening to his house! Instead of looking he dove under the side wall of his house and burrowed through the side just to hide!

And I cant leave without updating about Cavalier too! He loves to float on his back in the tub. I will be getting pictures soon!

I was doing my weigh in and bath time with my boys and I got to Needler and he had a pink bump on his bum about the size of his tail..next to his tail in where his fur and quill meet. I'm thinking an ingrown hair or quill. I let it soak in warm water to see if it would come to a head.. It didn't but pinkness went down. The swelling did not. It is hard when I touched it. We went to the vet right away. The Vet looked at him in the waiting room because he was just walking into his next surgery. He said it looks like a tumor. He doesn't know if its benign(sp?) or not but he included the removal in the price of the visit and took him in right away.
The Dr was awesome! He used a laser. It ended up not being a tumor but 2 savacious(sp?) cysts one the size of a dime. What was outside was no bigger than an eraser so I was shocked to hear that inside was the size of a dime!
Needler was back to his huffy self right out of recovery. With 2 stitches. Full wheel privileges and Drs orders to give extra love and mealies.. Was that part even a question? It only cost $75. I was completely happy with this new vet.
Even when I was crying like a dummy there were 4 nurses hugging me and telling me everything would be ok. They were all awesome.

Needler made a full recovery and didnt want to run for the first few nights. But by the end of the week we had poop booth again! His wound on his bum looks GREAT. Not even a scar!

I rescued a puppy late Monday night and I think the boys can sense her in the house. They eat and poop like normal. But I can normally walk in the room and catch them running. I haven't seen them run as much. Their wheels show that they are running but I don't see them actually do it.

I have decided to show Lola the boys. In case they ever get out or anything like that she knows friend, not food. I introduced her to Cavalier first because he is a sweetie. And she was terrified! She wimpered in the corner, ran behind me and hide her face in my back and she was a coward. He walked towards her at one point and she ran away! It was funny to watch this dog scared of a little baby animal. Slow baby steps I guess. I tried again with Aero tonight. And she wasn't as scared but she was scared. I hope they will be able to learn to deal with each other!

Mom and I picked up a sweet albino boy today. I was worried about getting an albino because mom gets freaked out. But she went with me and when we saw him she feel in love almost as quickly as I did! I was so excited she was able to like him too.
On the way home He threw up in the car. He has a sensitive tummy. He had bath time and I was able to get off most of the black off of him. He has brilliant white quills! Except for on his head! They are a little yellow. He is really sweet. Can wait to post pictures!

Aero went to school with me today. It is normally my long day but I only had two classes. A couple of my professors had asked about my hedgies... It was a decent day today. In the 70's! We got a lot of looks and responses. Aero loves the attenntion. Well one of the classes I had today I had a quiz in. Aero told me all the answers. He likes behavioral & social science statistics more than I do.
Rosa today some how turned his house around. The door was facing the wall of his cage. But he was snuggled warm in his blankie so I dont think he minded.
Needler is still under the liners. Hiding from the world. I can get a slight arise from him. I come in with the bottle of mealies and shake. He starts poking around.
Aero of course is running but the other two boys are sleeping away!

I was suppose to have a little girl Chloe but I have been unsuccessful at reaching the current owner after we first set up an appointment for me to go pick her up. So no baby girl for me yet.

I did however introduce my sweetest babies, Rosa and Aero while their liners were being washed. I put them in the play pen together. There a neutral ground no one had toys in there. I didnt want anyone to get territorial. Aero walked to the middle and Rosa came up to Aero and started sniffing. At one point Rosa started licking Aero's quills. I got scared and pulled them away. Maybe it was unwarrented because Rosa's quills were completely down. Better safe than sorry I guess. Not one time while they were together did either of them get hissy or have quills up. They both were actually chirping at each other! Their colors look pretty next to each other too. At one point Aero (with quills down) tried burrowing UNDER Rosa. It ws cute but I didnt allow that for long maybe like 2 seconds. I was pretty impressed with how they handled meeting each other. Rosa pooped a couple times during the meeting they were perfect poops. I only had them together for 5 minutes. I didnt want to over stress them.
After they met, a lot mealies went around to reward how good they were! Aero got some stress poops later on that night he normally get this from mealies and from having his cage cleaned. So Im not sure if it was the mealies the cleaning or the meeting. But running and eating and the rest of the poops were fine. Next time we will do one at a time. Maybe it was too much for one day. Over all it went well.

Needler sat and watched from his separate play pen. I feel he is not tame enough and I dont want to risk a meeting with him. Needler did however get some new bowls! He has been going under his liners lately. He also has a new dig box. With my running nose I went through tissues quicker than normal.. LOL Needler and Rosa each got new boxes within 2 days! Needler uses his box as a boytime room. He also gets in his box and scootes around in it. I found him alseep under his liner with his box in front of his wheel unside down. Im thinking he wears it like a shell. Ill have to get a hat in there for him. I also realized that Needler only runs if there is noise. If I mute the TV he stops running.. Its cute!

Its been a few days since I have posted anything about the boys. Its been a busy week! All three boys are still super sweet. Tonight I got kisses from all three of them. Lately I've been too lazy to put on my makeup. But today I did and when I had play time with the boys each one, Aero, Rosa and Needler all gave me kisses... Aero tried nipping at my cheek. Normally I would've let him continue nipping in hopes of him possibly annointing but it was my FACE. So I chose to only accept the kisses and not the nipping.

Earlier this week I have been working on emptying some tissue boxes for the boys. Aero already had one so I only needed two. Rosa and Needler both noticed these strange new big things in their cages and moved and tipped them but never actually got the hang of how to use it. Needler decided to do his normal nightly show for me and he tried to go UNDER the box. He went completely flat. Twisted this way and that. Then came out the other side very not happy and pouted in the corner. After a few minutes of me trying get him to try it again he climbed in the now backwards facing box and shuffled around a bit. Then he peaked his head up over the top of the box G.I. Joe style. It was the cutest thing ever!

Tomorrow(Saturday) I will be going to the east coast to pick up our new addition. Chloe will be home with us tomorrow night. I can't wait to take pictures of Chloe and show the boys what their sister looks like!

I don't have pictures today because I'm writing this from my phone so I hope to get some up soon!

I think having Needler and Rosa in the same room as Aero was a bad idea. They have been plotting to do something! Needler is normally my biter. I prepare and I'm ok with him biting. But Aero is my SWEET boy and the only time I have had him bite was from me having food on my fingers..and it was a nibble.. and the other time was he chewed his blanket with his running anxiety when he hurt his feet. Well I have done dishes tonight so my hands don't smell like food. I wanted to cuddle with Aero for a bit so I went in his cage and he was already up and running. He stopped so I picked him up but he was running in the air like when you hold a dog over the water they "swim" even though they aren't in the water.
Well he fell asleep in my lap and I had my hand next to him and I felt licking on my hand. Thinking he is my sweet boy I'm say "awww I'm getting kisses!" Then I get chomped on my palm. I'm ok with it and I just stretched my palm tight so he can't grab a chunk. My next thought was "Is he going to annoint, they aren't going to believe this on CnQ" so I let him continue. Then he starts moving toward my fingers and he starts biting my finger fat and I start to panic. My hands start sweating and he is biting more. I continue to let him because I was truely hoping to see him annoint. He's the only one who hasn't yet. I'm starting to think I will annoint before he does. Well I couldn't take the biting after about 5-10 mins. I wrap him in the blanket and he grabs the blanket like Needler does and shakes his head viciously! Needler taught him this and I don't approve! I got bit and still didn't get to see annointing!

On a different note:
Mealies went around las night. Aero rammed my hand for more when he was done. Im a push over with my boys so they get what ever they want. Rosa ate some but not all. He annointed 2 times and then I figuured that he says thats enough for tonight. He left like 3 or 4. This is the second time he has annointed with mealies! Needler didnt eat them at first. He doesnt like them in a bowl or in his food bowl. They HAVE to go on the floor next to his food bowl. He eat some also but not all. I think this is the first thing he hasnt annointed over.

Is this how I use it mom?!?
